After School Sports Clubs

Please note that a new form is required for each half term. If you require financial assistance then a new form will need to be completed and provided to the school office. The school will then confirm whether or not support can be provided and you must await this before your child starts attending sessions. Payment can no longer be made through Parentpay for these sessions.
