Maths is Everywhere!

Mathematical knowledge, understanding and skills are developed through a range of practical, hands-on activities both indoors and outdoors. Children are encouraged and supported to make connections in their learning and apply developing conceptual understanding to real life contexts and within child-led, play based experiences.

A thematic and cross-curricular approach to learning and delivery makes learning fun and memorable. Children develop knowledge of number, shape, space and measures through songs, stories, music and movement, art and design and physical activities.
